Smartly dressed people watching a noble equestrian sport
while drinking champagne?
while drinking champagne?
One would be excused for thinking
that children are not exactly welcome at a polo event,
that children are not exactly welcome at a polo event,
but guess what?
which takes place at Fulham's Hurlingham Park
on the 5th, 6th and 7th of June 2015,
is one of London's most child-friendly events this summer.
The organisers, whose aim was to bring polo to the city,
take one step further by creating a fun-filled experience for families.
Having teamed up with child entertainment gurus, Sharky & George,
and soft play specialists, Eddie Catz,
the 'Little Hooves Kids Club' promises
to transform this exclusive adults-only event
into a super child-friendly day out.
The team has planned an exciting array of activities for children of all ages:
there will be face painting, bouncy castles, dressing up boxes,
creative workshops and fun races to keep the little ones entertained
while parents relax and enjoy complimentary fizz.
Most family-friendly days
are Friday afternoon and Sunday all day
when children will even invade the pitch
to play polo with space hoppers
{heaps of fun guaranteed there}.
Plus, one for all 'A Mum in London' readers:
