Eating out in Central London: Inn the Park

Nestled in the lush vegetation of St James's Park
away from the hustle and bustle of central London,
one can find a refreshingly cool & delicious foodie spot.

Inn the Park restaurant, despite its fairly royal location,
is an unpretentious all day restaurant with a clear focus
on quality seasonal dishes made from the finest local produce.

We were recently invited to try out the new summer menu
and we can safely report "It was yummy"!

A Mum in London

The vegetarian sweet potato and lentil burger was delicious,
the mustard and honey roasted chicken was juicy and aromatic,
and the banana split and Eton Mess were simply heavenly.

The menu is predominantly English with a healthy twist,
making it ideal for a light lunch or dinner in the heart of London.

Inn the Park is an all day destination.
You can have a hearty breakfast, an al fresco lunch or dinner,
and sip cocktails while enjoying superb views of London's landmarks.

They also offer a kids' menu with children's favourites
like barbecue chicken and ribs with salad or mash
and a choice of handmade ice creams for pudding.

Tip: if you are looking for a hearty pancake breakfast
before embarking on a London sightseeing tour,
Inn the Park is definitely the place to go.

In a nutshell: good, healthy food & stunning setting
in London's very heart.

Inn the Park, inside St James's Park, open daily from 08:00 to 23:00.
Nearest Tube stations are St James's Park & Westminster.

Disclosure: We were invited to taste Inn the Park's lunch menu & breakfast,
views & wording our own.
